HOW TO CLEAN JEWELRY AND TARNISHED SILVER
Jewelry, especially diamond jewelry gets dirty very easily. We recommend our customers not to take a shower, or put on moisturizers while wearing jewelry, since sop scum and grease gets stuck on the gemstones and make the jewelry look dull and dirty. Cooking and gardening are other factors that cause jewelry to get dirty really fast.
If your diamond jewelry is dirty, the best way to clean it at home is using a jewelry cleaning solution. At OKG Jewelry we offer free jewelry cleaning to our customers and additionally a really good jewelry cleaner to use at home.
The best way to use this solution is to microwave the bottle for a minute, heat up the solution and soak the jewelry in it. If it is platinum/gold or diamonds, you can soak it for an hour and it would be safe to do so. But if the jewelry is made of silver or lead and/or contain soft gemstones, or pearls we would not recommend to use this solution, since it can hurt the material.
If the jewelry is really dirty, you can brush it with the little brush and soak it for a few more minutes.
After this all you have to do is to rinse it under the sink with plain water and you will get its sparkle bask.
TARNISHED SILVER
The best and easiest way to clean silver jewelry is to use a double sided silver polishing cloth.
This cloth takes away the black residue and brings silver back to life.
First you wipe it in circular motion with the white side to polish the blackness and tiny scratches,
The the softer blue side gives back the shine to the jewelry. The more you wipe, the better it gets.

HOW TO PREVENT CHAINS FROM TANGLING
You are about to put on the pendant that matches your outfit perfectly and ready to leave the house for work or even a special occasion and you realize that there is a dreaded knot on the chain. That's not fun!
Now let us show you a super simple trick that it prevents your chains from tangling.
All you need is a little ziploc bag. you can order them online, usually 1 dolar for 50 of them.
Now the way you store your chain is you put it in the plastig bag and leave the clasp part out them zip the bag so that it does not fall back in the bag.
and that's it! You're all set. Believe it or not, your chain will never get tangled, ever again!
If you are afraid of the part of the chain that is outside of the bag getting tarnished, put the little bag inside a bigger bag.
This is what we recommend to all our customers at OKG JEWELRY.

The simplest piece of jewelry with the most impact is a hands down a medallion pendant, such as the ones with simple monograms. Whether it is the first initial of your or a beloved's name engraved on it, these pendants are very sentimental as well as fashionable. They are subtle enough to match with any outfit and yet conversation pieces due to the personalized concept.

We have to tell you that the yellow gold is the most popular one out of all.
Stackables
Stackable concept is in fashion for quite sometime, although the types of stackables change every season. Here are some trendy ideas for this season:
Stackable Necklaces
One way to do this is to stack small charm pendants on different length chains. Make sure that each chain is about 2 inches longer than the next on such as 16"-18"-20". At OKG Jewelry we make most of our pendants chains and chain necklaces adjustable to different lengths by adding a "loop chain" on the back.

Budget Friendly Alternative Engagement Rings
Who says you have to get a solitaire diamond for an engagement ring. Whether you are not crazy about the cookie cutter diamond engagement rings or you want to get a glamorous look in a small budget, these non-traditional and alternative engagement ring styles are just for you!
The 3-Stone Ring That is Not a 3-Stone Ring
This ring looks like a traditional "past-present&future" engagement ring however it is actually made out of 3 sections of multiple diamonds set as one diamond in the middle and a micro prong set halo surrounding it.
Center portion is slightly larger than the 2 side sections.
Here is another version of the same concept with a double halo, surrounding the center diamond in each section.
It looks very substantial and beautiful.
Vintage style 3-Stone Ring
This ring is a very elegant piece with bezel and pave set diamonds, milgrain around the edges and hand carved shank which creates an "antique" finish.
For Bling Lovers...
Here is a super sparkly style with 3 half-bezel set diamonds and micro prong set round brilliant halo with a split shank.
Something Completely Unique...
How about a 3 stone solitaire, placed in the center of a "cigar" band with a lattice design.
Radiant Halo
If you like halo engagement rings but don't want to spend a fortune on a solitaire diamond for the center, a neutral colored gemstone such as green amethyst is the perfect choice for you. This particular diamond ring has a radiant shape diamond halo and a light multifaceted green amethyst.
Larger Than Life Halo
This ring is a gigantic version of the classic gemstone-diamond halos.
It looks absolutely amazing on finger.
Underwater Ring
An amazing creation from Gary Azatyan that is hand crafted in 18kt white and yellow gold, centered by a natural white quartz and a slice of turquoise underneath, which creates the "underwater effect". The ring is encrusted with exquisite quality pave set round brilliant cut diamonds all around in 1.00ct total weight.
The side view is museum worthy!
An Ancient Tale
How about a style from Roman Empire times? This ring contains white and yellow diamonds, clustered in the center of a twisted rope halo. There is a royal charm about it...
Stackables
There is nothing traditionally bridal about stackable rings but hey, isn't that the purpose? These tri-color diamond stackables would last a lifetime!
Classic with a Twist
How about a tanzanite or Ceylon blue sapphire as a center stone, instead of a diamond?Add a pop of royal blue to your bridal ring with a beautiful gemstone that goes with anything you wear and still stands out as a unique piece.
Byzantine Influence
We love love the eccentricity of this ring! It is hand-made with a cabochon cut sapphire and 6 bezel set round brilliant cut diamonds.
If you want to jazz it up even more, you can go with a boldly designed diamond "bubble" ring as a wedding band.
If the above option is too crazy, a simpler version of the wedding band is also available.
Some Like it Hot
How about a hot pink sapphire and diamond engagement ring? Actually pink sapphire engagement rings are quite popular between edgy brides. They are very elegant yet stylish and remarkable. Here it is paired with a sapphire diamond alternating wedding band.
Here is another spectacular pink sapphire diamond engagement ring designed by OKG Jewelry.
Straight Outta Buckingham
This ring reminds us Lady Diana's (Now Princess Kate's) world wide known engagement ring, yet it is different than anything out there since it was designed by OKG Jewelry's exlusive designer Gary Azatyan. The matching earrings are phenomenal as well.
